Weaver is a project which intends to be a game engine for game development in GNU/Linux. Currently it supports:
- Programming in C and C++. With ever you like most!
- Run your games in Linux and in Web Browsers. Everyone can play online your games with minimum loading times!
- Interactive programming. Change a program while you run it without closing the executable. You write the changes and they appear in the screen almost instantaneously!
- Shader editing using GLSL. You also can edit and create shaders interactively, seeing your changes almost instantaneously in the screen!
- Get user input with mouse and keyboard.
- Play WAVE and MP3 sound effects and music.
- Import animated GIFs and GIF images as animation in your game.
